Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final delivered work. However:

• • Webrize retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios
• • Source code and development methodologies remain Webrize property
• • Third-party licenses and frameworks are subject to their respective terms

• • Provide accurate and complete project requirements
• • Supply necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
• • Respond to communications and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
• • Ensure all provided content is legally owned or properly licensed
• • Make payments according to the agreed schedule

Webrize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• • Loss of profits or revenue
• • Loss of data or business interruption
• • Third-party claims or damages
• • Server downtime or technical issues beyond our control

Webrize reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
