Payment Terms & Conditions

Clear and transparent payment policies for all our services

💰 Advance Payment

  • • 50% advance is required to start the project.
  • • Work will begin only after the advance is received.

📊 Milestone Payment

  • • 30% payment must be made after the first design preview or demo delivery.

✅ Final Payment

  • • Remaining 20% payment must be cleared before final delivery, hosting, or website handover.

⏳ Timeline & Delays

  • • Project timelines may extend if required content, images, or approvals from the client are delayed.
  • • Changes requested beyond agreed scope may affect cost and delivery time.

🔄 Revisions

  • • Only 2 rounds of basic revisions are included.
  • • Additional revisions will be charged separately.

🛠️ Maintenance

  • • Post-delivery support is limited to bug fixes only.
  • • Additional updates or changes will be chargeable.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

  • • Advance payment is non-refundable once work has started.
  • • If the client stops communication for 15+ days, the project will be marked inactive.

📝 Content Responsibility

  • • Client must provide correct content, images, and business details.
  • • Company is not responsible for copyright issues related to client-provided content.

🌐 Hosting & Domain

  • • Hosting/domain charges are separate unless clearly mentioned in the package.
  • • Website migration to another server requires full payment clearance.
